- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆In the branch they tell you one thing you call the customer service line they tell you something completely different. they tell you that they wont be charging for thing they still will charge you for and then when you call and say but you said i wasn't going to be charged they give the big WHOOPS oh sorry its out of our hand. they changed the terms of my account without notifying me. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Solid customer service at this location (which we've found to be the norm at most TD Banks). They took care of a problem here that required a good amount of time to review every transaction on my debit card (which I think took someone at the branch a good day to do). Kudos to them for fixing a mistake that another TD Bank made.Very attentive staff that wants to ensure that the customer needs are met. Maybe I have low expectations for banks, particularly after having lived in Manhattan, but I really like TD Bank and the way that they interact and treat customers.By ArielandJess WorldPeace, January 15, 2017
