  Poor customer Service!! There were only two employees in the bank. I waited for over 30min. And when It was finally my turn the women that called me to her desk was friendly BUT oh the gum chewing!!! it made me want to throw up!! It was so disgusting!! So after that once I explained to her why I was there the first thing she said was I needed to open an account!! ALL I wanted were bank statements why would I open an account!! ANYWAY she got on the phone with corporate and she continued to chew on her gum like an animal!!! And then had the nerve to simply take the gum out of her mouth with her bare hands and just toss it. Although I was glad I didn't have to hear her chew her gum it was disgusting still because she proceeded to touch my papers with out even sanitizing her hands!! She was more concerned about me opening an account then to actually hear what I needed. I will never return to this branch even though its very close to my home.

  This is not a full-service branch – you cannot cash checks! How lame is that?!? I understand that the goal for all banks is to take money and never give it – when at all possible – but to not even give the option of one cashing a check… Ludacris?!? No wonder these banks are dropping off like flies everywhere!!! I'm sure all of their service fees and penalties that they charge their "members" aren't helping their cause either... Greedy, greedy, greedy!!! I ended up driving all around the Upper MoCo and finally, the last branch that I've visited that actually open AND could cash a check, on 355/Fredrick Ave, right across from Toys "R" US. SMH
