- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Montgomery county police are, in my experience, made up of petty, childish, ego-driven, dishonest, and unprofessional individuals. From traffic cops to the commissioner, a sincere care for the well-being of the citizens does not exist. Career advancement, covering for one another, and the delight of power seem to be their motives. My life has truly been devastated by the illegal and dishonest conduct of the MCPD. Stephen D'Ovidio is, perhaps the worst on the force. A truly corrupt piece of garbage, the county has had to tranfer this guy time and time again, despite his high rank, despite his obvious crimes and violations of his oath, Montogomery County has taken the catholic church approach. I attempted to file a complaint against him 3 times, and 3 times it was filed and vanished for unexplained reasons. I gave up when they transfered him again out of IAD (thank god). There is nothing in this review that violates any of the google+ policies. Stop deleting my important, honest review.By foresttdog, February 12, 2017

I got pulled over for something and the cop was more interested in giving me 3 citations and making smug comments when I wasn't being disrespectful and didn't even give me my proof of insurance or registration back.
