- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Last week while waiting for a prescription, an older gentleman apparently suddenly experienced a near fainting episode, dropped slowly to the ground, became somewhat disoriented and his wife called out for help. I couldn't see what was going on but the pharmacist appeared from seemingly thin air and promptly took control efficiently, professionaly and without hesitation or alarm to the gentleman. This was no small task as emergency responders did not appear for what was longer than 20 mins. She even grabbed bags of cotton balls to place under his head! Ms Patel deserves recognition and kudos for her expert handling of what could have been a very bad situation.By Pamela Johnson, December 21, 2016
